It’s so much more than a buzzword.
At LSF, our focus is “all people”, because we must reflect the people we serve. Those who work for Lutheran Services Florida know that they are valued and their ideas matter, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, background, or beliefs. This, for us, is non-negotiable, so we are constantly doing the work required to create a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
Because no matter who you are, if you work for LSF, our goal is for you to feel right at home.
Our employees are our partners, so we work to maintain open, two-way conversation at all times. If our recent engagement scores are any indicator, we’re doing a pretty good job of not only letting our teams know their voices matter, but of acting on their suggestions, ideas, and concerns. We’re proud of that relationship.
