Celebrating the new Ellis administration building opening, the Duval County Head Start team went with a theme of “Give Thanks”.  The opening of this center will help with coordinated efforts of communication and administrative duties.  Recent center openings in Duval County also include the Rhoda L. Martin Center and a new location on Philips Highway.
