Lutheran Services Florida Closures and Weather Information October 5, 2016
Lutheran Services Florida will be closing schools, offices, and centers tomorrow, Thursday, October 6 and Friday, October 7 in accordance with the path of Hurricane Matthew and the current state of emergency in the following counties:
Miami-Dade County (Miami and Miami Lakes)
Broward County (Ft. Lauderdale and Tamarac)
Palm Beach County (West Palm Beach and Belle Glade)
Duval County (Jacksonville)
Orange County (Orlando)
Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties will be closed on Friday

Hurricane Matthew is on track to make landfall on Florida’s East Coast on Friday morning, moving Northeast by Friday afternoon. In preparation for the hurricane, Governor Rick Scott declared a state of emergency.
Mandatory evacuations have been ordered for 26 counties of Florida’s most vulnerable areas. Refer to Florida Disaster for the most up-to-date information on the storm. http://www.floridadisaster.org/index.asp
