So that we can most quickly and best serve your communications needs, we ask that you use the following form for upcoming marketing material requests for events, meetings, or general outreach. To request projects, including design work for outreach materials (flyers, posters, and brochures, etc), press releases, and social media from the marketing department, please submit the form below detailing your needs and deadlines. To place your project in the marketing department’s queue, submit this form at least four weeks prior to needing materials in hand. Large scale projects may require additional time and possibly in-person meetings, so please submit your request as soon as possible.
If you are requesting stationery items such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, or signage, our team will work closely with our print partner Chameleon Custom Solutions to fulfill those routine requests.
Please note: Your request will be confirmed with an email from a member of the Marketing and Communications team. At that point, your project has been added to the queue.
