Florida
Youth Chosen for
Safe Place Publication
Eight

Cash prizes were awarded to youth whose entries were chosen for

This
past Christmas, Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) and particularly those
served by LSF were blessed with sharing in abundance. Pensacola area

Guardianship program.

Child at Christmas
A few days before
Christmas, the Ft. Myers staff of Lutheran Services Florida’s child
protective program discovered that the mother of one of their children had
been arrested and would be in jail over the holidays. That would mean
10-year-old "Erica" and her adult brother would be alone for Christmas.
