LSF Sunday Is November 8

Lutheran Services Florida will celebrate LSF Sunday on November 8 this year, and subsequently on the second Sunday of November each year in Lutheran churches across Florida.  The date has been coordinated with the Florida-Georgia District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and the Florida-Bahamas Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

LSF Sunday will be marked in parish churches with bulletin inserts, newsletter announcements, a litany, suggested sermon ideas, and in some churches special speakers.

The event and materials for it are being planned by the Advancement Team of Lutheran Services Florida under the direction of Eric Tillich, the new Vice President of Advancement who began in mid-June.
